SAIPA's new services for car groups' X100, Tiba and Rio
Asrekhodro: In order to provide customers with better services, Saipa Yadak intends to put into practice a periodical service-giving plan for all X10, Tiba and Rio car groups which will increase the functionality and more favorable maintenance of these automobiles.
According to Asrekhodro News Agency, quoting car manufactruirng company, SAIPA, Engineer Ruzbahani, the deputy of SAIPA Yadak's after sales' services emphasized the importance of such periodical services and said: With these services being done for X100 group (SAIPA 132, SAIPA 131, SAIPA 141, SAIPA 111) Tiba and Rio, besides increasing of the automobile's functionality and controlling its polluting emissions, the costs of maintenance and repair will be reduced and the car owner will be better able to utilize the car.
He added: In addition to this, because of doing preventive and security measures, changing engine oil and oil filter in due time, and using standard and company-approved parts, the whole plan will have an overall positive effect on the other areas of service-giving as well. Having said this he added: Exerting such a plan will create appropriate employment and business opportunities for SAIPA affiliations. Thus, doing the services suitably for the customers, in a short time and acquiring the maximal satisfaction level of the client are among the factors which will definitely improve the business milieu of the affiliations. He clarified: Periodical plans are those which are pre-arranged to be done by set intervals in which determined parts are checked and necessary adjustments, fixtures and preventions are carried out before the problem occurs. He further mentioned: During these services, the main luricants of the car, that is the engine oil and the gearbox oil, which have an important role in the function of the car parts and also on their longer life, will be checked according to the standards set by SAIPA and will be changed if necessary. Engineer Ruzbahani also said: The customer refers to the official affiliation to manage their time and expenditure and to receive inexpensive services plus spending less time in this process. If these services are done by unauthorized and inept people, irreversible damages will be done to the engine and the power transfer parts of the vehicle. Therefore, paying attention to speed in providing periodical services and enjoying a quick service place are the deniable requirements to attract clients. He concluded: The culture of car use, has resulted in a higher inclination toward authorized affiliations in comparison to unauthorized garages due to the official agencies' usage of standard parts, experienced staff, clear invoices, and the customers' ability to lodge a complaint if they receive futile services. On the other hand, the augmentation of the network's capacity, the decrease of the time of vehicles' stoppage in garages for repair and the balancing of the wages for making them more competitive are among the other reasons which make official affiliations absolutely more competent in porviding clients with more trustworthy services. 9 Monday January 2012 12:7
