He added: This increase happened despite the halt of sales of Peykan pick-up cars due to registration problems and if this glitch had not occurred, the rise of sales’ figures would reach 38 percent in comparison with the last year.

Referring to the competition of the markets currency and coin, Babaee also said: The conditions of IK in the present year’s Azar was even harder than the previous years as next to factors such as seasonal stagnation, lack of registration of Peykan pick-up, other alternatives such as the flourishing markets of coin and currency made competition for the auto-market even harder.

Counting measures like the new sale project of the IK and the client service movement as important ones in this break of sales’ record, Babaee said: In the current month, IK has implemented measures such as the Rainbow Sale Plan – by which the buyers enjoy various benefits such as special discount, reception of Gold Card and participation in the drawing lots of products like Suzuki Kizashi and 19 other cars – in order to attract a higher customer satisfaction.

He further said that in the present year, factors such as variety in sale, favorable participation benefit and timely delivery, have had a considerable impact on the sales’ rise and added: To gain even a higher customer satisfaction, these services will be fortified and ameliorated further.

Deputy of Marketing and Sales of Iran Khodro predicted that as the end of the year approaches, IK will break even more sales records.
